Watanabe Hitoshi has revealed the banana regime in his book ‘The Morning Banana Diet’ and it has become a hit immediately.  This is a simple and easy diet that does not need a lot of changes in your habits. The only thing you need to change is to eat bananas every morning and of course drink water.

This method helps you get rid of the extra weight. Bananas are really healthy and you can eat then until you are full, but first eat one banana and then drink a glass of water. If you are still hungry after twenty minutes, eat another banana.

Watanabe advises not to drink milk and alcohol during this regime. He also recommends enough sleep and you should not eat dinner after 8 pm. You can eat some fruits between your meals.
